Lucknow:(Page3 News Network)-Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court today fixed December 20th as the next date of hearing in the alleged scam in National Rural Health Mission at Lucknow CMO office.The order was passed by the bench of Justice Imtiyaz Murtaza and Justice Ashok Pal Singh on an application filed in a PIL seeking direction for a CBI probe into alleged irregularities in the NRHM scam.
As per the earlier order passed by the court, DIG CBI along with other officers concerned appeared before the bench and informed that investigating officer O P Parida has been removed from the probe and departmental action was being taken against him.
CBI has filed the status report along with a counter affidavit in a sealed envelop.
After examining the content, the bench posted the matter for hearing on December 20 along with the hearing in murder of two CMOs V K Arya and B P Singh.The court had on November 23rd summoned the DIG CBI in connection with investigation into procurement of medicines in the alleged NRHM scam at CMO Lucknow office.
