Dehradun:(Page3 News Network)-The State Government has appointed Dr. US Rawat as the first ever Vice Chancellor of Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Badshahithoul, Tehri.
Dr. Rawat was posted in the capacity of Registrar in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar Garhwal for last three years. He is originally from Chamoli district. He had also worked as Deputy Registrar at Banaras Hindu University for 11 years and 5 years in Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow. Besides, Dr. Rawat had also worked in several other educational institutions in different important posts.
