The bench of acting cheif justice S.K Singh and justice D.K Arora passed the order while hearing a writ petition filed by one Asish Mishra and others who sought an intervention from the court in light of already imposed ban on polythene bags in the district of Allahabad to minimize the pollution in Ganga during Kumbh starting next month.
